SHIPPING POLICY

I offer free delivery within the UK. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked, signed and Guaranteed next day by 1.00pm which also includes an 18 plus age verification service.

 

International deliveries are by Royal Mail International tracked and signed. The cost for this service is £25 and is added at checkout.

Please note your country may add customs/import charges to your shipment so please check these before before placing an order.

 

This service ensures your order is fully insured and is fully tracked. We will forward the tracking number to enable you to check on the progress of your delivery via the Royal Mail website. Please note a signature is required on delivery.

Should you have any delivery problems please notify me as soon as possible so that I can sort it out on your behalf.

 

PEAK KNIVES GUARANTEE

Your knife is guaranteed against any issues with workmanship or quality providing the knife has been used for the purposes intended, ie food preperation.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches, handle wear, damage caused by improper use, or cleaning.

 

The knife should never be cleaned in a dishwasher as this will invalidate your guarantee.

 

Carbon steel blades will develop a patina due to food acids, this is normal. Please clean knives in accordance to our care instructions supplied. If a carbon steel knife is left for any length of time with water or moisture from food rust spots will form, so after using a carbon steel blade clean it with soapy water and dry it.

If your knife is damaged through improper use I offer a reconditioning service for handles and blades. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations you can return your knife for a full refund (excluding postage costs) within 14 days of receipt. 

I recommend using Royal Mail special delivery for returns, which is fully tracked, insured and requires a signature. If you use a different returns method it is your responsibility to insure the knife against loss in transit as I am unable to credit your account until the knife has been received. 

 

On receipt of the knife, unused in its original packaging I will credit your account within 7 days.

Alternatively if you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason I would be delighted to discuss an exchange for a different knife. Please note the buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
